CIS Management BV is delighted to announce Yulia Karpova as the new managing director of the company as per 2 October 2017 following her approval by the Dutch Central Bank. Her proven track record, international experience, legal and compliance knowledge and professional network are of great value for the company. Yulia joined CIS Management BV in 2015 as internal compliance officer and senior legal counsel. Prior to CIS Management B.V. Yulia for several years worked in one of the top 4 Dutch trust companies in Amsterdam. She worked as in-house lawyer in Moscow in the field of oil and gas and later real estate in major Russian companies. Later Yulia joined a branch of a Dutch trust office in Moscow and further permanently moved to live and work in the Netherlands in 2009. In 2014 she obtained Dutch citizenship after passing the exams in Dutch language.
