The company’s office is located at the World Trade Center business towers, in the International Business district of Amsterdam (Zuidas, Amsterdam Zuid), which is within a short train ride from the Schiphol airport.
The constantly growing business infrastructure of WTC provides offices for over 300 companies and the number is yet to grow significantly in the coming years due to the planned expansion of the business center by 2020.

Development of new markets, expansion of range of services
Expansion into the Asian service market, as well as CIS Management B.V.’s membership in the Dutch Business Association Turkey (DBA) – a business cooperation network between the Netherlands and Turkey.
CIS Management B.V. celebrates its 10th anniversary
Over the last 10 years the company became a recognized leader of its niche on the market of Dutch corporate services providers, doubled in size and expanded its client geography. Today we service private and corporate clients from all continents and we speak 6 languages in-house (Dutch, English, German, Russian, Hebrew, French). COVID-19 crisis became a new breaking point for the company’s history, resulting in topical and demanded business solutions we are ready to offer in the new challenging business world environment.
Growing
Today our company is the leader in its size-segment of trust companies, occupying its own niche, servicing both – large international business structures and private clients. Our individual customer orientation, rich experience and dedication in providing our clients with high quality services has always been and continues to be the core of our business.
Trust License issued by the Dutch National Bank (DNB)
In October 2013 the Dutch National Bank granted license to CIS Management enabling the company to provide trust services to companies in the Netherlands, which in turn contributed to the further growth and development of the company, determining its current position as the leader in its segment of trust business.
Rebranding
In 2011, in order to continue to hold a strong position in a highly competitive business environment in the Netherlands there was a need to change the general business strategy and expand the speciality of the company. CIS Management successfully carried out a rebranding in order to focus our efforts on providing corporate management and administration services, accounting and full legal support for holding and financial companies managing assets in CIS region, Europe and generally worldwide. With our initial focus being clients from Russia, our clientele portfolio has been constantly expanding, now comprising business structures from Canada, Israel, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Georgia, Lithuania, Slovakia, China and the United Kingdom.
Consulting services
The history of the company begins in 1991, when its focus was on the provision of consulting services in the field of law and international taxation.
