ROBERT BRON WROTE AN ARTICLE FOR THE MOSCOW TIMES BUSINESS FOR BUSINESS SECTION THAT WAS PUBLISHED ON THE 18TH OF JUNE 2013

This year marks a 400-year relationship between Russia and the Netherlands. The Russian-Dutch relationship is being celebrated extensively with joint economic, social and cultural events in both countries. Russia and the Netherlands have developed close ties in numerous fields like agriculture and food, health products, natural resources and, of course, football. There is also a strong link in the field of financing. Many Russian companies are financed by ING Bank, a Dutch bank. Another financing aspect is the holding structures containing Dutch intermediate companies which are used for investments by foreign investors into the Russian economy and vice versa, for foreign investments by Russian investors. In 2011, 12 percent of these foreign direct investments into Russia, which could have come from all over the world, were channeled via the Netherlands.

CIS MANAGEMENT B.V. is taking part in a conference on the 18th of June in Moscow.

During the conference, ‘What Will Replace Cyprus? Overview of Alternative Jurisdictions’, Robert Bron, Managing Director of the company, will give a presentation with the title ‘The Netherlands – a solid base!’ He will discuss the business climate in the Netherlands and possibilities for transfer from Cyprus to the Netherlands.

Last month CIS Management attended the International Legal Forum in St-Petersburg, Russia.

The high class business event was held for the third time in the cultural capital of Russia. Along with 2500 other participants, representatives of CIS Management attended the plenary session, a number of round-tables and enjoyed various cultural events.
